Domestic VIP/CIP lounge services at Almaty airport for departure

THE COST OF DOMESTIC VIP/CIP LOUNGE ACCESS AT THE ALMATY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:

DEPARTURE: 123 USD* per person (adults and children aged 13 and over).

Children under 2 years old can enter the VIP/CIP lounge for free.
Children from 2 to 12 years old receive a 50% discount on admission.
Persons with disabilities - 50% discount (for all categories of disability upon presentation of the original document confirming disability and issued by an authorized body).
Entrance to the VIP-lounge for persons meeting and seeing off passengers: 44 USD per person.

*Please note that our prices are listed in US dollars, but payment will be debited in the national currency of Kazakhstan (tenge) at the current exchange rate.

DEPARTURE PROCEDURE

• Departing passengers should arrive at the airport no later than 1.5 hours before departure, as check-in ends 30-40 minutes before departure. Upon arrival at the airport at the checkpoint, the client should give his/her name and flight number. At the entrance to the VIP lounge of Almaty airport, passengers will be met by a representative with a nameplate.
• Having led the passengers into the hall, the dispatcher will help them to pass customs control at a separate counter, check in for the flight and drop off their luggage. Next, passengers are seated in the VIP lounge to wait for boarding.
• After the announcement of boarding the flight, the VIP-lounge dispatcher escorts passengers along the gallery to the telescopic gangway to board the plane in priority order (in the case of aircraft parking at the arm). In case of remote aircraft parking, passengers are provided with a separate comfortable transportation to the gangway.

ATTENTION:

• Free waiting time in VIP lounge is 3 hours. 
• If at the moment of passenger's stay in the lounge flight is delayed for less than 1,5 hours - waiting is free of charge.
• If the flight is delayed for 1.5 hours or more at the moment the passenger is in the lounge, the passenger will be charged for each subsequent 3 hours in the amount of the full departure rate.
• If the passenger arrives at the lounge when it is already known that his/her flight is delayed, he/she will be charged at double the rate.

The full list of services for departing passengers in the VIP lounge:

• Porter services: An airport employee will meet you at the entrance to the airport and take your luggage to the VIP lounge or to the check-in counter if check-in for your flight has already begun.
• Individual VIP tag: Your luggage will be marked with an individual VIP tag.
• Separate check-in counter: You will have access to a separate check-in counter for your flight, as well as passport and customs control, without waiting in lines.
• Assistance with document preparation: An employee can provide assistance in preparing the necessary documents for passing through passport and customs control.
• Accompaniment to the plane: When boarding is announced, an airport employee will be on hand to personally escort you to the jet bridge. If your aircraft is parked remotely, you will be taken to the airstair in a comfortable minibus on a priority basis.
• Comfortable seating: Instead of hard seats, the VIP lounge offers comfortable armchairs and sofas for your relaxation.
• Free local phone calls and Wi-Fi.
• Illustrated magazines in Kazakh, Russian, and English.
