8 Lakes Resort

The 8 Lakes Resort is a recreational complex in the Almaty region, adjacent to eight lakes – hence its name. It’s the country's first eco-resort, adhering to international quality standards.

Here, you can enjoy a comfortable stay in wooden cottages, set amidst lush lawns and serene parklands. The resort boasts a cottage enclave, known as Palm Valley. During the summer months, guests can relish the mineral water pools, including two for adults and one for children. There is also a beach club, equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, gazebos, VIP tents, and bars.

Sports enthusiasts can take advantage of the on-site facilities, including a tennis court, mini-football pitch, basketball court, and more. In the warm evenings, indulge in open-air cinema screenings from the comfort of plush chairs. To unwind and rejuvenate, visit the thermal spa, which offers an array of massage options.

Multiple dining options offer Kazakh and European cuisine. Fish straight from the lakes is prepared on-site. Trestle beds and summer terraces provide idyllic settings for dining, accompanied by views of fountains, trees, and flower displays.

8 Lakes places special emphasis on children's amusement, offering a game center, playground, and a horse yard. Families can embark on safaris, guided by experts in open-air mini-buses within the protected area. This unique opportunity to observe wild animals up close is a dream come true. For those seeking a more independent adventure, bicycles, electric cars, and scooters are available for rent. Don't miss the chance to cruise on catamarans across the lakes.

Winter transforms the lakes into frozen landscapes, perfect for ice skating. You can also enjoy snowmobile rides, sledding, and fishing for pike, carp, perch, and more.
