East Kazakhstan Regional Architectural and Ethnographic Museum-Reserve
The East Kazakhstan Regional Architectural and Ethnographic Museum-Reserve is a notable cultural site in Ust-Kamenogorsk. The museum-reserve comprises three buildings and the Left Bank Complex.
First Building
The first building, constructed in 1881, is a two-story brick structure. It hosts the exhibitions "Altai Gems" and "Decorative and Applied Arts of Artists of St. Petersburg," as well as the staff's offices. Historically, this building served as the city primary school. During World War II, it was repurposed as a hospital.

Second Building
The second building is a one-story, snow-white museum showcasing the ethnographic heritage of the Kazakhs from Eastern Kazakhstan in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. It also features the ethnography of small nationalities in the region. Built in 1914, it originally sold glass and earthenware dishes and was later used as a restaurant during the Soviet era.

Third Building

The Left Bank Complex
