Keruen Shopping Mall

Strolling along Nurzhol Boulevard, an exciting array of attractions awaits you, and one standout destination is the Keruen shopping mall, situated just a minute's walk from the Baiterek Monument. The name "Keruen," derived from the Kazakh language meaning caravan, perfectly captures the essence of this mall.

With its five floors, including an underground level dedicated to parking, the Keruen shopping mall immerses visitors in the captivating spirit of the Silk Road. The first and second floors depict the East, symbolizing the origins of the Silk Road in China, the vibrant Kashgar bazaar in Tajikistan, and the jewelry market in Afghanistan. On the third floor, the journey through Europe, where the caravans reached their destination, is represented.

Keruen offers an extensive range of products. From clothing, shoes, and accessories to books, jewelry, and cosmetics, the mall houses both local Kazakhstani and international brands. With over 130 departments in total, visitors are spoilt for choice. On the ground floor, a large supermarket, a pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, a children's amusement park, and a cinema await exploration. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the shopping center, and street parking is provided for bicycles and scooters.

However, Keruen is not merely a destination for shopping or indulging in delicious meals. Since its inception in 2008, the mall has been a hub for exhibitions, concerts, and an assortment of promotional events.

How to get there?

The Keruen shopping mall can be reached by buses #12, 30, 32, 40, 46, 51, and 56.
