Classic Car Museum
In 2019, the Classic Car Museum opened in Shymkent, showcasing cars from the 1920s to the 1980s. The museum's first floor is dedicated to the American auto industry, featuring the Packard luxury cars, a 1927 Ford Model A, and a 1934 Ford Tudor Sedan, among others. The second floor highlights Soviet-era cars, including models like the 1943 UAZ, various Volgas, Moskvich, Zhiguli, and Zaporozhets.
Visitors can not only learn about the history and technical details of each car but also take photos behind the wheel. Each model on display is iconic and represents a symbol of its era, offering a nostalgic glimpse into automotive history. Some vehicles are preserved in their original condition, and many are still operational. Occasionally, the museum even puts select models up for sale.
