I came across this tour through the airline's stopover holiday on their website. Booking online via email was quite painless, and much easier than I expected.

Much thanks to my guide, Valentina Poltoratskikh, for doing a great job! She made the experience so much more enjoyable by adding engaging conversation to the beauty of the landscape. I learned much that I couldn't have learned elsewhere. At the end of the tour, she also gave good recommendations for other things to do in the city.

Both pickup and dropoff were easy and on time. Everything went smooth and exceeded expectations. The only thing I'd change is wearing more appropriate shoes for the mountains in February.

Everything is delitious. Very kind and helpful people are tgere and service is so nice. Everything is wonderful and I can experience and feel how great the nature in KZ is! I regred if only have more time to visit many other places and stay longer. Ihope to back here again maybe for the next vocation. Thanks for everything.
