What an amazing tour guide, the brilliant Viktoriya provided a fabulous mix of encyclopaedic knowledge of Almaty (and of Kazakhstan) with interesting anecdotes about the city and the culture, all delivered in a charming and highly engaging manner - 10/10, would absolutely recommend!

Fabulous tour! I really enjoyed seeing the petroglyphs the drive out there. The sight was beautiful I well layed out. Viktoria did a wonderful job answering all of my questions. Ungurtas was very interesting. It took us a lot to locate the site but once there Victoria i walked the hill. Though not a welkoming place at first, behind a closed fence it became fascinating. I appreciated Victoria`s interest and flexibility to go Bifatima`s home and walk to the new site. How nice to have a guide that was genuinely interested.

I enjoyed listening to Viktoriya telling us about everything. She could answer every quesrtion. Thank you for being such a good guide! I'd also want to thank Victoria for bringing us to all these amazing places! I enjoyed the tour a lot and I'll remember this trip for a long time. I can't wait to come back here again!

The guide was very attentive. For example, provided large bottles of water.
