VIP/CIP Lounge at Karaganda Airport
Karaganda Airport offers passengers a separate VIP/CIP lounge for international and domestic flights. This lounge is isolated from the rest of the airport premises so that you can comfortably relax on soft sofas, check-in for your flight, pass customs and passport control without waiting in line. The VIP/CIP lounge also offers services like meeting at the gangway, baggage delivery, etc.
THE COST OF VIP/CIP LOUNGE ACCESS (INTERNATIONAL OR DOMESTIC FLIGHTS):
For arriving or departing passengers: 53 USD* per person (adults and children aged 13 and over).

Children from 2 to 12 years old receive a 50% discount on admission.
* Please note that our prices are listed in US dollars, but payment will be debited in the national currency of Kazakhstan (tenge) at the current exchange rate.

- Meeting and escort services: As soon as you disembark from the aircraft, an airport employee will be waiting for you at the jet bridge holding a sign bearing your name. If your aircraft is parked remotely, an employee will meet you at the airstairs and escort you to a comfortable minibus that will take you to the terminal, ensuring that you don't have to ride in a crowded shared bus.)
- Luggage delivery: An employee will receive your luggage and deliver it to the CIP lounge.
