Domestic VIP/CIP-lounge services at Astana Airport upon arrival

THE DOMESTIC VIP/CIP-LOUNGE located to the right of the main entrance to the new passenger terminal. This lounge is offered to serve commercial, security and officials of the Republic of Kazakhstan who depart and arrive on domestic flights.

DEPARTURE PROCEDURE

Departing passengers must arrive at the airport no later than 1,5 hour before departure, as check-in closes 30-40 minutes before departure. Upon arrival at the airport at the checkpoint the client must tell his name and flight number. A VIP-lounge employee will meet the passengers and guide them to the lounge, where he/she will help them to pass the customs control at a separate desk, register for the flight, their luggage and hand luggage, and help them to check in their luggage. Passengers are then seated in the VIP-lounge to await boarding.

After the boarding is announced, VIP-lounge dispatcher accompanies the passengers through the gallery to the telescopic gangway for boarding on a priority basis (if the aircraft is parked at the sleeve). If the plane is parked remotely, passengers will be provided with a separate comfortable transport to the boarding ramp. Passengers who wish may order a separate bus for themselves at an additional cost.

If the passengers are accompanied by someone, they can go to the VIP-lounge only after paying in advance.

The VIP/CIP-lounge offers the following services (departure by domestic flight) :

• Round-the-clock reception of advance passenger service requests;
• Escorting departing passengers to the boarding, including a separate transport (in the case of remote aircraft parking);
• Registration of passengers and their hand luggage;
• Passport and customs control assistance;
• Information for the passengers of VIP-lounge on the flights at the airport of Astana;
• Comfortable waiting lounges;
• Provision of local telephony;
• Free provision of Internet and WI-FI;
• Providing illustrated magazines in Kazakh, Russian and English languages;
• Assistance in calling medical personnel, if necessary;
