What's included in the Price?

  • Meet-and-greet service for arriving passengers.

  • Access to the small VIP lounge at the check-in counter. It's an area with sofas, without additional amenities. For a more comfortable wait, passengers can use the general VIP lounge or visit the lounge bar for an additional fee.

  • Food and drinks (available only with a lounge bar reservation).
  • Lounge bar services (available for $42 USD, exclusively for passengers on international flights).
  • Admission for those meeting passengers.
  • Porter services.
  • Transfers from the hotel to the airport.
  • Vehicle access fees for transport or taxis directly to the VIP/CIP lounge entrance (charges vary; confirm costs when booking transport). Note: General airport parking allows access no closer than 100 meters to the entrance.

  • Select the service you want to book.

  • After payment, save your voucher and the electronic receipt containing your order details and payment information.

Purchase Instructions

  • Choose your desired date and fill in all required information. The total order amount will be displayed based on your selections.
  • Click the Buy Online button to be redirected to a secure payment page. Here, enter your bank card details to complete your payment.

If your desired departure date is unavailable, it’s likely less than 12 hours are remaining before the flight. Booking requests must be made in advance to ensure availability. However, in such cases, you can still request the service through our manager by contacting us via WhatsApp or other available methods. The manager will process and confirm your request, after which you’ll receive a payment link to complete the booking online.

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, and other electronic payment systems. The total amount will be charged in the national currency of Kazakhstan – tenge. The conversion to Kazakhstani tenge will occur at the official exchange rate set by the National Bank of Kazakhstan on the day of payment. You can view the current exchange rates for the Kazakhstani tenge against other currencies on this page.

  • Once your payment is successful, an electronic receipt with your order details and payment information will be sent to the email address you provided. Additionally, you can download and print a voucher for the paid service during your browser session. Please ensure you save this voucher.

How do I find the VIP/CIP lounge?

The VIP/CIP lounge for passengers on international flights is located on the ground floor of Terminal 1. It is located in the left wing of the terminal and has a separate entrance.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you cancel less than 12 hours* before the tour or do not show up, 100% of the total cost will be retained.

*Please note that if a cancellation notice is received outside of our working hours (evening, night, or weekends) and our managers have not confirmed receipt of your cancellation or change request in writing, the company reserves the right to consider the request when business hours resume. Therefore, we encourage you to notify us of any changes or cancellations as early as possible.

During non-working hours, you can try to reach us through our duty phone, corporate email, or corporate messengers. Duty managers monitor these channels and can respond promptly.

22/07/2024 вылетала по маршруту Астана-Алматы (авиакомпания SCAT, рейс DV 734 в 20:10). Когда началось время посадки, никакие сотрудники не проводили и не уведомили, хотя когда проходила регистрацию специально попросила меня проводить на посадку раньше остальных.
На мой вопрос «началась ли посадка, проводит ли кто-то», мне ответили «сами пройдите и найдете».
Данная ситуация оставила очень неприятный осадок, так как проходишь через CIP именно ради сервиса. Прошу вас разобраться с данной ситуацией, так как такое происходит не в первый раз.

В случае бронирования через наш сервис, мы обязательно реагируем на каждую просьбу или жалобу гостей и как итог добились подробных разбирательств по некоторым инцидентам, а также в последующем более чуткого отношения к нашим клиентам и рабочим процедурам. По Вашему отзыву, так как Вы осуществляли бронирование самостоятельно и у нас нет точной даты и данных по текущему инциденту, мы к сожалению не можем и не имеем основания на составление мотивированной жалобы в администрацию аэропорта.

Добрый день. Входят ли в стоимость в VIP зал еда и напитки?

Аида, благодарим Вас за вопрос! К сожалению в базовую стоимость не входят еда и напитки. Но Вы можете опционально (за доплату) забронировать услуги отдельно лаундж-бара, где Вам предложат закуски и напитки, а также Вы сможете дождаться рейса в более комфортной обстановке (услуга доступна только для пассажиров, вылетающих международными рейсами). Стоимость доплаты указана в основном "Описании услуги". Также в разделе "Перечень услуг" Вы увидите все сервисы включенные в базовую стоимость для вылета и прилета через ВИП-зал в международном терминале.

Не могу добиться ответа, какие напитки и еду можно получить в зале

По набору и составу напитков и закусок зал нас также не оповещает. Как мы понимаем это связано прежде всего с тем, что они часто меняют свой ассортимент и соответственно не гарантируют тот ли иной состав закусок и напитков на продолжительный срок.
