Domestic VIP/CIP Lounge at the Astana Airport (Arrival)

THE VIP/CIP LOUNGE FOR DOMESTIC PASSENGERS operates 24/7 and is intended for passengers travelling within the Republic of Kazakhstan.

THE COST OF ARRIVAL: 51 USD* per person (adults and children aged 16 and over)

Children under 4 years old can enter the VIP lounge for free.
Children from 4 to 15 years old receive a 50% discount on admission.

*Please note that our prices are listed in US dollars, but payment will be debited in the national currency of Kazakhstan (tenge) at the current exchange rate.

ARRIVAL PROCEDURE

• The VIP lounge staff meets arriving passengers with a sign with the name of the passenger or group leader, if several travellers are arriving.
• If passengers leave the aircraft by ‘sleeve’, the agent meets them at the exit. In case of remote aircraft parking, the passenger/group will be met at the aircraft ramp and taken to the airport in a separate minibus.
• Guests must approach the VIP lounge dispatcher and identify themselves. If the arriving passengers have luggage, the VIP lounge employee will collect the luggage receipts. The luggage will then be delivered to the lounge and handed over to the passenger personally.
• Upon entering the VIP lounge, the lounge dispatcher will help guests to pass through passport and customs control through a separate corridor in the common hall. If necessary, customs control representatives may ask passengers to put their hand luggage on a screening device. If there is even a small amount of foreign currency, passengers should fill out a declaration form.
• While guests are waiting for baggage claim, they can use the bar services in the VIP lounge for an additional fee. Payment can be made in local currency by cash or credit card. Tea and coffee are included in the price of the service.
• If passengers are met by someone, they will wait for the guest at the exit of the VIP lounge. Meeting persons can go to the VIP-lounge by paying in advance.

Dear passengers!
At Astana Airport, vehicles are not permitted to drive directly up to the entrance of the VIP/CIP lounge. Instead, they will wait for you in the parking area, which is located 80-100 meters from the terminal. If you would like your car to wait closer to the entrance (within 20 meters), an additional fee is required to access the terminal. You can inquire about the cost and arrange payment through your transfer service provider.

How do I find the DOMESTIC VIP/CIP lounge?

VIP/CIP lounge for passengers of domestic flights is located on the first floor of Terminal 2. The entrance is to the right of the main entrance.

• Meeting and escort services: As soon as you disembark from the aircraft, an airport employee will be waiting for you at the jet bridge holding a sign bearing your name. If your aircraft is parked remotely, an employee will meet you at the airstairs and escort you to a comfortable minibus that will take you to the terminal, ensuring that you don't have to ride in a crowded shared bus.)
• Luggage delivery: An employee will receive your luggage and deliver it to the VIP lounge.
• Separate check-in counter: You will have access to a separate check-in counter for your flight, as well as passport and customs control, without waiting in lines.
• Assistance with document preparation: An employee can provide assistance in preparing the necessary documents for passing through passport and customs control.
• Comfortable seating: Instead of hard seats, the VIP lounge offers comfortable armchairs and sofas for your relaxation.
• Free local phone calls and Wi-Fi.
• Illustrated magazines in Kazakh, Russian, and English.
