VIP Lounge at the Almaty Airport

THE COST OF VIP LOUNGE ACCESS AT THE ALMATY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:

Attention! Since August 15, 2024, in connection with the launch of a new VIP lounge, prices for all types of services at the Almaty International Airport have increased.
 

FOR ARRIVING PASSENGERS: 183 USD* per person (adults and children aged 13 and over)

FOR DEPARTING PASSENGERS: 222 USD* per person (adults and children aged 13 and over)

Children under 2 years old can enter the VIP lounge for free.
Children from 2 to 12 years old receive a 50% discount on admission. Please note that for a child between 2 and 12 years old who is unaccompanied by an adult, the full price must be paid.
Persons with disabilities receive a 50% discount upon presentation of an original document confirming their disability issued by an authorized body.
For individuals who are meeting or seeing off passengers, the admission fee for the VIP lounge is 44 USD per person.

* Please note that our prices are listed in US dollars, but payment will be debited in the national currency of Kazakhstan (tenge) at the current exchange rate.

Our VIP lounges at Almaty International Airport offer passengers the opportunity to wait for their flight in maximum comfort. In addition, guests can complete all pre- and post-flight formalities, including passport and customs control, as well as check-in for their flight without waiting in lines.
 

ATTENTION:

• Free waiting time in VIP lounge is 3 hours. 
• If at the moment of passenger's stay in the lounge flight is delayed for less than 1,5 hours - waiting is free of charge.
• If the flight is delayed for 1.5 hours or more at the moment the passenger is in the lounge, the passenger will be charged for each subsequent 3 hours in the amount of the full departure rate.
• If the passenger arrives at the lounge when it is already known that his/her flight is delayed, he/she will be charged at double the rate.

The full list of services for arriving passengers in the VIP lounge:

• Meeting and escort services: As soon as you disembark from the aircraft, an airport employee will be waiting for you at the jet bridge holding a sign bearing your name. If your aircraft is parked remotely, an employee will meet you at the airstairs and escort you to a comfortable minibus that will take you to the terminal, ensuring that you don't have to ride in a crowded shared bus.)
• Luggage delivery: An employee will receive your luggage and deliver it to the VIP lounge.
• Separate check-in counter: You will have access to a separate check-in counter for your flight, as well as passport and customs control, without waiting in lines.
• Assistance with document preparation: An employee can provide assistance in preparing the necessary documents for passing through passport and customs control.
• Comfortable seating: Instead of hard seats, the VIP lounge offers comfortable armchairs and sofas for your relaxation.
• Free local phone calls and Wi-Fi.
• Illustrated magazines in Kazakh, Russian, and English.
• A private room in the VIP lounge for an additional fee:
     access for 3 hours - 350 USD 
     additional hour - 105 USD
     access up to 8 hours - 606 USD

The full list of services for departing passengers in the VIP lounge:

• Porter services: An airport employee will meet you at the entrance to the airport and take your luggage to the VIP lounge or to the check-in counter if check-in for your flight has already begun.
• Individual VIP tag: Your luggage will be marked with an individual VIP tag.
• Separate check-in counter: You will have access to a separate check-in counter for your flight, as well as passport and customs control, without waiting in lines.
• Assistance with document preparation: An employee can provide assistance in preparing the necessary documents for passing through passport and customs control.
• Accompaniment to the plane: When boarding is announced, an airport employee will be on hand to personally escort you to the jet bridge. If your aircraft is parked remotely, you will be taken to the airstair in a comfortable minibus on a priority basis.
• Comfortable seating: Instead of hard seats, the VIP lounge offers comfortable armchairs and sofas for your relaxation.
• Free local phone calls and Wi-Fi.
• Illustrated magazines in Kazakh, Russian, and English.
• A private room in the VIP lounge for an additional fee:
