It was an excellent tour. We had only 24 hours in Almaty. But our guide Dilyara A. took us to all the interesting places. She explained everything in detail. She adjusted the tour according to our requirements. As a guide she was excellent.

Dilyara was always cheerful, considerate and helpful and volunteered to help with some purchase, told us about rides in park. She never seemed in a hurry and talked about anything we asked about.
The restaurant for local food was excellent, Dilyara's choices were good, it was fun to see the dances, the atmosphere was perfect. Dilyara is a treasure, she is the best tour guide I've ever been with for 2 days. She is a wonderful ambassador for your city and country. Her willingness to share her insights about life in this area are appreciated. The mountain tour was great. We are so sorry we had to cut the tour to half day, it was our loss.
The park and monuments, church, all of it was remarkable. We appreciate how flexible Dilyara was willing to ask and make it possible for us to go inside the church which was incredibly beautiful.

Dilyara was an amazing guide! She was very helpful and made sure that we were able to see everything at the Canyon. She was very knowledgeable and made us feel like we were getting a true insider view at Almaty. I had gone for this tour on 3-Nov-2019. The trip starts at 9:00 AM . This was a amazing trip , very well organized. Our Tour guide Dilyara was very informative. She provided us many information about Kazakhstan , their culture , history etc . on the way to the trip. while going we stopped at a village market which was having good barbecue shop ( for non- vegetarian) , and many fruits shops for Vegetarian like me . After snacks we went to Charyn canyon , which was very beautiful. We walked approx 2 kms in the canyon till we reached the river. After that we came back by a Soviet Era Taxi to the start point , which was again a wonderful experience.After that we went to 2-3 view points to see the canyon. While returning back we stopped in the same place were we had stopped in the morning and had lunch there. Returned back to Almaty at around 5:00 PM. Overall it was wonderful experience and i highly recommend. Will go with ACT to some other trip on mine next visit to Kazakhstan.

My delightful guide, Dilyara, met me at my hotel as planned -- she was early, enthusiastic, and so friendly! I had really dithered on whether or not to spend the money on this tour, and once I committed I of course worried about whether the person would actually show up, and how it would all go. I shouldn't have worried at all -- this is a super-organized company and everything went off without a hitch.

Dilyara was incredible. She knew her local history inside and out, and our driver Edward was efficient and always right there when we needed him. We visited all the sights on the list, and Dilyara was especially patient with all my questions and all the photos I wanted to take. She helped me make purchases at the Green Market (and made sure I paid prices that were reasonable!). Without a doubt, the biggest gift she gave me was teaching me to say "thank you" in Kazakh; that knowledge made everything else on my trip that much better because people so appreciated my effort.

I would not hesitate to book with this company again, and hope that I have another chance to visit Almaty (I would do one of their tours to see some of the natural wonders outside of the city). Just an incredible experience!!

An excellent introduction to Almaty, its culture, history, buildings and monuments. Very good English and warm and friendly. I will recommend this tour.
