Service from tour guide Gulmira and driver are exceptional and excellent. I will refer this tour company to anyone who would like to visit Kazakhstan, even I want to visit Kazakhstan for the second time in the future

We went to Kazakhstan for our Christmas holiday without booking any tours in advance, we arrived to Almaty very late and our hotel concierge wasnt available so we looked up on TripAdvisor and we found ACT and decided to book the city tour 3 hours. We were so happy with our tourguide Gulmira on our 1st day so we booked her again for 2 days 1 night to Kolsai lake and Charyn Canyon. We had an amazing trip with excellent driver Jeny and wonderful tourguide Gulmira, we were very well taken care of and we had so much fun together. Oh, they took very nice pictures too. We learnt so much about the culture and people of Kazakhstan and amazed by its sightseeing.
I am highly recommend ACT and our best best dirver and tourguide. Thank you for making our trip memorable with lots of laugh. Will see you again soon,Almaty.

We came to Almaty for one day and wanted to explore the city in a light way.
I found this travel agency through TripAdvisor. The agent on the website chat respond really fast and gave me all details i was needed with many tour options.
We managed to booked a nice and easy tour with a car and a guide. Payment was through internet and one day before the tour I received the guide details including phone.
On the day of the tour we were really tired as we land on early morning.Our luck was our guide - Gulmira.
A young wonderful lady with great english(!) that was really kind and just tried her best to show us the city as much as possible. We received as noted in trip description a bottle of water for each person and a driver that drove us around the city.
Gulmira explained us in detail in every place that we stopped and made us feel welcome and open for more.
We definitely come back again for more time as there are so many things to see.
