Guide was on time and friendly. However, as an actual ‘guide’ sharing information about the places we visited – really bad. Felt that although he was able to lead us polaces, he did not explain anything about it! What was the tower, did not say ANYTHING about the ice rink or why Almaty is an Apple! I still have no idea.

I will not request this guide in future.
